Scan analytics are available for eligible tracked QR codes in an active paid plan. Total scans are events, not identified customers. Unique visitor figures, where technically supported, are estimates.

Yes. The proposed Business Pro scope includes one five-page business website: Home, About Us, Services or Products, Gallery and Contact. Setup, hosting and content-update terms must be published before payment is accepted.
Business Pro includes one physical SaathiX QR Stand as a one-time item, not a new stand each month. Shipping and fulfilment terms must be confirmed before purchase.
Yes. Choose a paid plan to request an upgrade. New plan checkout is pending approved commercial terms; a request does not activate paid access or charge you. Existing subscriptions remain intact.
We do not delete, rewrite or deactivate your saved QR codes because a subscription expires. Printed static codes keep their original contents; existing tracked redirects keep their destination while the record is active. Above the Free saved-code limit, existing codes remain available but new saves are restricted. Paid analytics and new tracked-code creation require eligible active access.
